Why are most American teenagers are very LIBERATED,,,and why are Filipino teenagers are also becoming thesame?

I just want to know why it is happening...I just want to know why teenagers now a days are very WILD,,,just like me,,just like you,,,just like many of us all over the WORLD!!!!
