Does winners sell a lot of ed hardy stuff?

I live in Vancouver, BC and my friend got this ed hardy shirt, I asked her where she bought that stuff and was hoping for a store that sold a lot of ed hardy but she said winners. and I'm not sure if it sells a lot of it cuz most brands I see there are roxy, billabong, baby phat, etc.
