Decorating help anyone?

I say less is more. Do the balloons as planned and streamers bottom to the top middle of the window and then back down to the other side of the windows. like a large curvy upside down v's for each window. even if you did 3 streamers in the same pattern and a bow if it at the top of each non-balloon window, streamers are cheap, so no worries and also you could do candy in one of the sills if there is one that is a focal point of the room...hard to say without seeing it. Hope this helps.
