Looking for a good eyeliner that won't smudge.?

I'm looking for an automatic eyeliner pencil, the kind you just twist instead of sharpen like a pencil. I bought Rimmel Exaggerate, it went on really well and the color was nice and dark, but it smudges way too much. What's an automatic eyeliner I can get at the drugstore that lasts, is bold and dark, goes on smooth, but doesn't smudge?
