If the Army is not accepting waivers, what more could I do to get in?

I'm 21 i have my high school diploma and some college credit.I have 3 felonies that was never on my record. but because i did a diverse program the state offered to me to have the charges dropped, I'm guilty in the eyes of the Army. i shouldn't be categorized as the same of those who really did commit crimes and were trailed and convicted, whats the point of the diverse program if I'm still considered guilty. There must be more i can do someone i could write to for my behalf . If there's anything at all for me to get in the army please inform me
