Any Doctors? I can not breath right..?

About a month ago I started experiencing shortness of breath, I thought it was just something normal, well it has gotten worse, if I yawn, I can not yawn completely because I get out of breath, I cough and its like a hazing sound...just taken breaths is hard. Sometimes my chest gets tight. Im only 24 yrs old. This just started about a month ago and its getting worse. I do not smoke or anything...any ideas?
