Hi I am 23 next Thursday and I am having hot flashes at night and I have no idea why. I still have my period, so i am not going through menopause.Is this normal? When I look up women and hot flashes or hot night I always get women that are going through menopause or have had a hysterectomy. Please help if you have any idea. I can't sleep at night.
