My four month old always wakes herself up by rubbing hands on her face?

simply let her sleep on her belly tonight and see if that will work. my is also the same month and she was doing the same thing from the first three month but i made her sleep on her belly so now she is used to.normally i do change her position from belly to back some hours, so you can try this ans see.good luck.
