What possible issues could prevent my dog from gaining weight?

My foster dog is a 3 1/2 year old white shepard mix who is fairly active. When I got her, she was very underweight and I have got her to gain 12 pounds but she was eating 8 cups of hypoallergenic food a day. Now that she is at a better body weight, I tried decreasing her food to 6 cups a day and she lost 4 pounds within a week. I put her up to 7 and she hasn't seemed to gain weight but I have not been able to weigh her. She does eat really fast so I have her eating out of a kong wobbler to help slow her down. Her stool is also quite liquidy. I have been giving her 3 tablespoons of bran which seems to be helping. The vet has tried so many options so I was wondering if anyone else had and overcame a similar issue who could give me any tips or ideas? I am trying to make her more adoptable by decreasing her food intake, so any suggestions would be helpful. I can't, however, change her food as she has some sort of skin condition. I have a binder of about 1,000 just rare and holographic pokemon cards. Theyre about 10 years old, theyre nothing but the first three series. 1rst series, forest, and fossil. I was worried about this...my mom sent me home with some leftover stew that she made on saturday (from turkey we had on thursday). I ate it Wednesday. I say less is more. Do the balloons as planned and streamers bottom to the top middle of the window and then back down to the other side of the windows. like a large curvy upside down v's for each window. even if you did 3 streamers in the same pattern and a bow if it at the top of each non-balloon window, streamers are cheap, so no worries and also you could do candy in one of the sills if there is one that is a focal point of the room...hard to say without seeing it. I cant remember the first time it happened, but when it would happen, i would awake and it would be extremely difficult to move, it i tried then maybe i would only get my fingers or toes to twitch, and it would be difficult to breathe. when it happened i would try as hard as i could to move until i would snap out of it, it usually only lasted about 45 seconds to a minute. i would gasp for air, but i wasnt frightened, i was usually to sleepy, so i went back to sleep, then upon waking, it would be likely to happen again. for the next year it would happen occasionally, there would be periods of time that it would happen and wouldnt happen. lke there would go a few weeks of it not happening at all, then there would be a week, and it would happen most days that week, it was like a cycle for a year, until something differant started happening. It was a year later and i was a freshmen in high school, 14 years old. it was in the begining of the year 2007, it happened in a severe way. this time it was nighttime and i was "going" to sleep, as i was falling asleep it happened, the very moment i fell asleep, i woke up with this intense pressure in my head, it felt like my brain was being squeezed and my head would either implode or exploe, and i could feel it in my ears too, parts of my body started shaking uncontrollably and i had this weird feeling all throughout my body, like a vibration, not very intense, but very obvious it was there. and the other symptoms were there too, (the not being able to move and hard to breathe) it lasted maybe a minute, then i snapped out of it. I had to get used to it though because thats how the episodes were from then on, except without the uncontrollable shaking, that never happened again, just the pressure in my head, the vibrations in my body and the not being able to move and difficult to breathe.. until now , its been happening like that, and its more than two years later. there would also be periods of time where it would haplpen alot throughout one week then it would subside for maybe a month, but everytime it subsided and came back, it would only come back more intense, everytime the pressure in my head would increase, until now its soo bad, but now i have a little more ability to move, like i'll be able to move my legs, only below my knees though, and i can also make sounds. my lips and tongue are paralyzed, but my vocal cords still work, so i can make sounds that sound like moans or grunts, sometimes i try to call out my brothers name, but only grunting or moans come out. sometimes i can turn my body, like fomr lying on my back to lying on my side, or stomach, but that is incredibily difficult. my friend told me a long time ago that when that happens to you, it means that supposedly an invisible dead body is lying on top of you and thats why you cant move. i didnt believe that until last night though. as i was falling asleep yesterday, i could feel it coming on several times, i fought off the episode, but i was so tired that i gave in and an episode happened. the usual physical symptoms happened, but this time i moved my head forward, but only once, this time i could move anything below my neck, i snapped out of it though, then once more that night, it happened, it started when my eyes were closed, i could feel the pressure in my head, and the vibrations, throughout my body, but suddenly if felt as though from my chest and up all the way up to my head there was an invisible force acting upon me, i could only open my eyes once for like a second, then they closed. i was able to move my feet and legs though, (only below the knee) i crossed my feet and i was grunting and struggling to make out a sound that sounded like help, but it sounded muffled like someone was covering my mouth. i didnt sleep there anymore that night. it was weird because it felt like someone was actually sitting on my chest and head. i could feel the force. and from the hundreds of episodes in the past 3 and a half years, 95 percent of them happen in my room on my bed.

Ever since I was maybe about 13 years old (18 now) Ive always felt weird around people. Ill do pretty much anything to avoid some social contact when uneccesary, even just stupid things, from getting up in front of a cl to present a project or speak, to going into a grocery store or food place to order or pay for something.Like one time in school we had a big presentation that was half our grade for the year we had to do and i stayed home from school on purpose that day just so i wouldnt have to stand up in front of everyone, so i took an F. And other times maybe ill be driving somewhere with my mom or dad and ill be starving and my parents say theyll stop so i can go in somewhere and order food somewhere and ill say no cause i dont want to go and talk to people. So ill just basically starve that day unless they buy it for me. Its like i dont want anything to do with new people.And when im in a large group I feel like everyones looking at me and how im dressed or even how i walk. Its weird. I have a lot of friends now that ive known for a while but when it comes to hanging out with new friends its so difficult for me.And when my friends I hang with invite me to hang out with them and THEIR friends too i wont cause ill feel too awkward. One of the things i hate the most is talking on the phone. I know it sounds stupid but Ive been looking for a job, and if i come a cross one where the only option is to call them i just cancel that out right away, i would have to send an application online or something. Yo i'm a homeschool freshman guy. I used to go to public school, which went great until a year ago in 8th grade when I moved to this lame-*** new town. I was offered once on2009, but it didn't happen due to a strange turn of events. In the end of the year teachers hated me to the point of making my grades bad for no reason, and giving extra credit to teacher's pets to say bad stuff about me, no kidding. In the last few months I really tried to be nice, really had with allthis going on, for example I had to ask friends for help beating people up because if I did again'd be expelled. By the end of the year I was left with about 80 friends and 70 haters, my back was unable to make my body stand up completely straight due to tention, giving me a bad posture, my hands are perminantly scarred from having them hit so many things, my weight had dropped from 145 to 110, I had been kicked out of 9 cles, and my grades were at the minimum ping due to last ditch efforts. After graduation I went to the dpsychologist to see if I had something wrongin my head, as it turned out I had a chemical imbalance and I had gone somewhat insane, really. So I spent summer not hanging out with friends so I could stay at home, rethink everything, and get back in shape. After a month I found this cool online highschool, which I signed up for and am currently doing. Now it's nearing mid-term. The trouble is, now its been 5 month since I Done anything. I had a fair amount of friend i used to chill with last year, but now I ditched them. I'm lonely as hell, and i broke my phone. y mom said if my grades arend good enough I go back to public school, my grades aren't good enough now but I can get them up in a week, but then I'm lonely, but If I go back to public school I'm with some haters, and who knows how many old friends will like me still after I ditched them. Well if the cage is big enough so as to give them their own territories, then you can try it. It really depends if they are males or females and if they are in a breeding mode. All birds breed at certain times of the year and some of them become nasty to others at that time. Or some of them may already be paired up and so the extra bird or birds may cause a problem. The best thing to do is put them all in a large finch flight cage with extra seed cups, extra waterers and plenty of millet spray to keep them busy. Keep the cage clean and keep an eye on them frequently. If any fights ensue, you'll have to remove the offender . I don't know if this part's relevant, but their daughter Rachel emigrated to the States (Los Angeles) in 1906 and changed her last name to Shapiro, and married Morris Kessler. Anyway, I noticed a couple small errors on the family tree (with spelling and I think some dates), so I'm wondering if Turshenitski is the correct spelling. Is it Russian? If so, how would it be written in the Russian alphabet? Or is it Ukranian? What is the proper spelling?

My granddaughter was diagnosed with an arachnoid cyst on her brain when she was 3 mos old.?

The neurosurgeon said nothing to worry about but do another CT in a year, which we did. Again, he said nothing to worry about. She just turned 2 yrs old but for the past year or so she would scream, arch her back & neck & fling herself backward. I have read that these are symptoms of subarachnoid hemorrhage, however, my daughter and myself would attribute it to a temper tantrum sinc she would always do it when having her diaper changed. She has had these type tantrums/spells ever sinc she was born. Now that she is a little older she has started to hold the back of her head with both hands, often crying, often not. She has also been awakended during a deeps sleep with uncontrollable screaming and arching back. Could she be having hemorrhages? We have an appointment with a diferent neurologist this week but should we not waste time and rather get her straight to a Mayo clinic? if so, which one of the 3 Mayos would be best for pediatric neurology? Also, since the past 6 mos. the top of her skull has a protruding ridge along the center whci we were told is an overlapping of the skull bones where they form to meet at the center. Could this be related to the arachnoid cyst or 2 different issues? Does anyone know of a good neurologist/neurosurgeon for us to take her to?

i disagree entirely with J (sorry J) i would definitely without a doubt put all my money on the prelude. but this is uming all things equal. specifically, maintenance. i had a 6 cylinder accord and there was only 1 (ONE) four-cyl 5-speed that my car ever beat in a quarter mile. once youre rolling (freeway racing) its another story but the automatics just dont get the same umph off a line as the manuals. and considering that peak horsepower is never at 1000rpms (idle) in a manual you'll be able to rev up and launch at peak power while the auto is still trying to get its slow up there. so yeah...thats my rant...prelude...hands down.

The best way to get every last bit of lotion out of the bottle?

I am a Licensed Mage Therapist and I use lotions out of gallon jugs. I hate to waste the lotion stuck to the sides of the jug, so I put the jug or bottle into the microwave, with the lid removed and nuke it for about 15 seconds at a time. Remove it from the microwave and shake it until you can tell that it is all liquefied. When the lotion gets warm enough it will melt and slide down the sides of the bottle to the bottom and you should be able to pour the lotion out. If its more than you can use at one time you can pour it into a cup or jar that is easier to scoop the lotion out and store it there until you use it all!

Well, I don't know what to tell you, but you need to buy more cards. This is just a random ortment of cards that don't really benefit each other. You should look into which deck you might wanna build. Yugioh.wikia. is a great place to look up decks that can be made. Make sure to note the stronger decks in tournaments if you wanna go into tournaments before building just any deck. The only really good cards i see is Dark Hole and Mystical Space Typhoon other cards that you have can be useful, but only if you put them with other cards that compliment them. Hope this helped.

I was on a temporary agency contract last year and about to be made permanent. Just before the permanent contract was due to commence my boyfriend became the focus of discrimination for his absences from work. Because his absences were related to mental health issues and I was working for a mental health charity a colleague and I decided to write a letter requesting an investigation into the possibilty of suspected discrimination. We said we specialised in employment rights (we didn't) and quoted a paragraph from the Disability Discrimination Act. My colleague sent it from her email address since the employee concerned was not impartial to me. We didn't ask permission from our employer to do this. The company we wrote to wrote in turn to our company threatening legal action on the basis of unfounded allegations. Our company, in turn, dismissed us from our temporary contracts. No warning was given, no representative from our agency was present and no consideration was given to our previous excellent conduct and work. Thing is I have bipolar disorder and they knew this since I was a service user and now I find out they have a column in our national newspaper dedicated to the subject of employer discrimination against people with mental health illnesses and the importance of the employer playing an active role in maintaining a mentally ill person's employment within the company. I think this is hypocritical because 1) They sacked us because we tried to help a mentally ill individual keep his job, and, 2) They sacked us without, I think, following the correct protocol, and, 3) One of the people they sack has a serious mental illness. Now I just hate injustice (and not because it's me who was on the receiving end) and would like to expose their hypocrisy, but I'm curious as to whether a) Anyone else sees it as hypocrisy and b) If I'd be walking a thin legal tightrope if I write an expose of their practice.
