I need to get a loan for college but I don't have a job or a co-signer. What do I do!?!?

Cles start on the 4th and I still don't have enough money to pay for everything. I don't have a job because I have nowhere to stay where I'm going to school while I work and I don't have a co-signer. Is there anywhere I can go to get a loan that doesn't require at least one of these?
